Website use requirements
In order to use our website you must be at least 3 years of age, to use our store services you must be at least 18 years of age or have a guardian or parent supervising you if you are under 18 years of age. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Purchasing and commercial terms
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. (iii) you know whether the product you are buying is digital or physical.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may occur.
Return and refund policy
If you have purchased and received a product and are not satisfied with the condition it arrives in due to shipping, within 14 days of the date you receive the product and with the original receipt may it be digital or physical, we will send you a new equivalence of the product or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
In the case that the product you originally purchased is different to the product you received, within 3 days of receiving it we will exchange the product at no further cost other than the return postage fee, which is to be managed by the purchaser.
Please note the following: (i) Products will only be shipped to the same country of address that was used for the purchase; and (ii) any damage caused by anything other than shipping will not be eligible for refund or return;
Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Warranties and responsibility for services and products
The only warranty ahead RC covers with all products is for damage to products during the shipping process. If the product you purchased and received is damaged due to shipping, within 14 days of the date you received the product and with the original digital or physical receipt, we will either send you a new equivalence of the product or a refund based on your original payment method.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The services and all materials on this website or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, texts, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Ian Jim. Except explicitly provided, nothing in these terms shall be used to create a license or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, redistribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works of.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice or liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these terms or any applicable law or regulations.
Right to change and modify terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of the website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not use or continue to access the website or the service.
